Chasing Butterflies  is inspired through my daughters bold and confident personality. This piece is a reminder to us all of how we felt when we were young. This work is a 3D relief sculpture and is made from 7 individual layers of birch plywood that are laser cut, with hand painted butterflies and finished and set behind a white washed birch veneer.
